Smart meters collect energy consumption data on a daily basis and the collected data are used to support Time-of-Use electricity billing. London Hydro has implemented the Green Button Download My Data which provides meter data to customers; customers can download their own energy consumption data by visiting the London Hydro website. This approach, however, has not led to many customers interest and hence requires further solutions to customer engagement.
