The requested equipment is a small footprint automatic spray die coater for depositing thin films of organic materials onto various substrates. Films of consistent uniformity and roughness and especially of controlled thickness between 20 nm and 100 um are possible with the requested tool. It can also deposit sequential and multiple layers of materials having consistent thickness and high smoothness.
