This research program aims to accomplish several goals: 1) make a mass map of the universe covering 1/16 of the sky; 2) use this map to learn how galaxies and mass are related to each other; 3) measure gravitational waves from the big bang; 4) detect small lumps of dark matter in galaxies halfway across the universe by detecting their gravitational effect on light from distant dusty star-forming galaxies 5) measure large scale structure in the universe as a way to find the mass of neutrinos
