基于乡村振兴背景下牧民定居点的人居环境研究-以新疆哈纳斯河谷为例

“一带一路”与“乡村振兴”对北方畜牧业发展和牧民定居起了助推作用，尤其，牧民定居后，从生产、生活、就业、教育、医疗、基施等享受了国家公共资源同时、生活优质改善。基于生态文明建设，加大草原保护、加速牧民定居步伐，随着牧民定居，急需优化牧民新型定居的人居环境、调试定居点空间营造、提升转型时期生产方式，并适应当代可持续发展之路，对民生问题和振兴牧业迫在眉睫。.本题打破单一学科研究模式，从建筑、城规、景观，创新性地将生态、旅游、产业等多学科融合，对该域定居点的地理、生态、营造、生产与旅游进行梳理，总结其历史经验，以人居环境三元论为基础、产业、民生为导向，对新型牧民定居点空间营造、院落布局、居住模式与建构技术作为研究对象，多学科交叉融合，破译技术、生态、产业与旅游等智慧，探索可持续发展模式，为牧民转型时期的新型村落建设与牧民致富提供借鉴与指导，为畜牧业区域牧民定居点人居环境改善提供有益养分和科学依据

"The Belt and Road Initiative" and "the rural revitalization strategy" have played a boosting role in the development of animal husbandry and the settling down of the herdsmen in the north of China. Especially, after the herdsmen settle down, they have enjoyed the national public resources in the fields of production, life, employment, education, medical treatment and infrastructure, so that their quality of life has been improved. Based on the guiding principles of constructing ecological civilization, intensifying grassland protection and speeding up the progress of herdsmen's settlement, it is urgent, with the settling down of the herdsmen, to optimize the living environment of the new-pattern settlement of the herdsmen, tune the space construction for the settlements, promote the production mode in the transitional period, and adapt to the road of the contemporary sustainable development. It is an urgent front-burner for people's well-being and the revitalization of animal husbandry..This thesis has exploded the single-discipline research mode, innovatively integrating ecology, tourism, industry and other disciplines from the perspective of architecture, urban planning and landscape. The thesis has clarified the geography, ecology, construction, production and tourism situation of the settlements in this area, and summarized the historical experience. It takes the triarchic theory of human residential environment as the foundation, and is oriented by industry and people's livelihood. The research objects include the space construction of the herdsmen’s new-pattern settlements, layout of courtyards, residential pattern and construction technology. Through the interdisciplinary and integrated research, the thesis has interpreted the wisdom in respect of technology, ecology, industry and tourism, and explored the sustainable development model, providing a reference and guidance for the construction of new villages and getting-rich of the herdsmen in the transitional period of the herdsmen, and providing beneficial nutrients and scientific basis for the improvement of human residential environment of the settlements of the herdsmen in animal husbandry regions.
