生命历程视角下博士职业发展及影响机制研究：以涉农学科为例

关注毕业博士的中长期职业发展路径，对提升博士生教育质量具有重要的现实意义。当前我国学界的博士职业发展研究主要聚焦毕业博士的早期职业生涯，且仅以收入、职称等客观表现作为评判博士职业发展的依据，无法深入揭示博士生教育在促进个人职业发展、满足劳动力市场需求等方面的现实价值。本项目基于生命历程视角，运用人与环境匹配理论、社会认知职业理论，建构主客观相结合的博士职业发展评价模型与系统性的博士职业发展理论分析框架。以涉农学科毕业10年内的学术学位博士为例，明晰不同职业发展阶段、不同职业场域、不同学科博士的职业发展特征、规律及群体性差异，系统挖掘个人特征、博士生教育经历、职业环境等因素对博士职业发展的影响机制及作用路径。在此基础上构建毕业博士职业发展的信息采集标准，设计通适性的博士职业开发框架，为实现“博士生目标、博士生教育与职业发展”的适切提出政策建议。

Focussing the mid-long term career track of doctorate holders is of great practical significance to improve the doctorate education’s quality. Currently, most of the related studies focus on early career-stage of doctorate holders, and analyze their career development solely by objective indicators such as income and job-title; therefore, cannot reveal the value of doctorate education on individual’s career development or on satisfying labor market’s demands. From the perspective of life course, this project will employ Person-Environment Fit Theory and Social Cognitive Career Theory to establish an evaluation model for doctorate holders’ career development which combines subjective and objective indicators and a systematic theoretical analyzing-framework of doctorate holders’ career development. Then, this project will target on academic doctorate recipients graduated from agriculture-related disciplines and over periods of up to 10 years, and clarity the traits, regular patterns and divergences of their career development in different career-stages, career fields, and disciplines. In addition, this project will systematically explore the influential mechanisms of doctorate holders’ career development originated from personal characteristics, doctorate education, and career environment. Based on above research, this project will provide a standard for information-collection helped in track doctorate holders’ career pathway, and design a generic career development framework for doctoral training to strengthen the pertinency among doctoral students’ career goals, doctorate education and career development.
