为探讨IL-32与结核病的关系，我们检测了活动性肺结核患者血清中IL-32的表达水平。选择昆明市第三人民医院结核病患者40例(男16例，女24例)，男16例，女24例；健康对照组17例，男10例，女7例；采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)测定IL-32水平。肺结核病组IL-32水平显著高于对照组(P<；0.001)。这些数据表明，IL-32在人类感染结核分枝杆菌的免疫反应中起着重要作用。

To explore interleukin-32 relationship with tuberculosis, we detected interleukin-32 expression level in the serum samples of patients with active tuberculosis. Forty (40) TB patients (16 males and 24 females) from Third People's Hospital of Kunming, China, and 17 healthy controls (10 males and 7 females) from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Kunming, China, were selected. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to quantify IL-32 levels. IL-32 levels of TB group were significantly higher than the control group (p<0.001). These data show that IL-32 plays an important role in immune responses to human infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
