摘要 从大戟中分离得到四种新的二萜化合物，分别为1-epi-9-羟基抑郁素(1)、1-epi-8-羟基抑郁素(2)、2,13,9-三羟基-labda-8(17)、12(E)、14-三烯(3)和tagalsin I(4)。通过各种光谱方法阐明了这些化合物的结构。所有分离的化合物均针对 HepG2、MCF-7 和 C6 细胞系进行细胞毒活性评估，化合物 4 对 MCF-7 细胞系表现出中等选择性活性，IC50 值为 31.8 μM。
Abstract Four new diterpenoids named 1-epi-9-hydroxydepressin (1), 1-epi-8-hydroxydepressin (2), 2,13,9-trihydroxy-labda-8(17),12(E),14-triene (3) and tagalsin I (4) were isolated from Euphorbia rapulum. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by means of various spectroscopic methods. All the isolated compounds were evaluated for cytotoxic activities against HepG2, MCF-7, and C6 cell lines, and compound 4 showed moderate selective activity against MCF-7 cell line with an IC50 value of 31.8 μM.
