This action would provide partial support for a meeting of the Division of Particles and Fields of the American Physical Society to be held August 15-19, 1988 at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. The meeting is the fourth in a new series held approximately 18 months apart. Attendance has ranged from 300 to 600 participants and covered a broad area of High Energy Physics.
