The International Symposium on Computer Performance Modelling, Measurement and Evaluation is sponsored by Working Group 73 of IFIP. The Symposium traditionally alternates between North America and Europe at 18-month intervals and its next meeting will be in Edinburgh, Scotland, Sept. 12-14, 1990. The subject areas of PERFORMANCE 90 include: o analytical and empirical studies of centralized computer systems o analytical and empirical studies of distributed computer systems o packet and circuit switching networks o real-time systems o novel architectures Travel support is provided for twenty U.S.-based participants.
