RCMS:Research Careers for Minority Scholars

少数民族学者研究生涯（RCMS）项目的目标是吸引和留住在化学和物理领域有潜力的少数民族学生，并给这些学生动力。接受化学和物理方面的培训并有机会获得更高的学位。为了实现这些目标，将建立一个招聘、培训、指导和监督计划。项目主任（PD）将在参与教师的协助下全面负责实现项目目标。

The goals of the Research Career for Minority Scholars (RCMS) program are to attract and retain minority students who have the potential to do above average work in the fields of chemistry and physics, and to give these students the motivation, training and opportunity to continue their studies in chemistry and physics at the advanced degree level. To meet these goals, a recruitment, training, mentoring and monitoring program will be established. The Program Director (PD) will have overall responsibility for meeting the goals of the program with the assistance of the participating faculty.
