93535051 Howard Adams This proposal to the Research Careers for Minority Scholars (RCMS) Program of NSF from GEM is for support to develop, reproduce and distribute a GUIDE on effective mentoring practices for faculty who serve as mentors of minority undergraduate engineering and science (E/S) students in the RCMS program. The GUIDE will be developed by the GEM program - researched and written by Howard G. Adams; edited, designed and made camera ready by Amy Peterson (biosketches attached).
