9402046 Gee The National Science Foundation requires prompt, fair, impartial, and complete investigations of complaints of discrimination filed by NSF employees or applicants for employment with NSF that are based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, physical or mental disability, or reprisal for having filed a prior complaint of discrimination, or for opposing any practice made unlawful by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended; or the Equal Pay Act.
