AbstractAward: DMS-0335481Principal Investigator: Jindrich ZapletalThis award provides partial support for the annual SoutheastLogic Symposium (SEALS), to be held at the University of Floridain March 2004, 2005, and 2006. These are weekend conferencesthat emphasize set theory and bring together establishedlogicians and set theorists, junior researchers, and graduatestudents. The emphasis of SEALS 2004 will be on the interactionbetween descriptive set theory, cardinal invariants, Borelequivalence theory, pcf theory, and determinacy.
