Conference: Student Travel Grant for the 2004 IEEE Radar Conference to be held in Philadelphia, PA on April 26-29, 2004.

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is pleased to submit this grant proposal. The 2004 IEEE Radar Conference (RadarCon04), next in the long-running series of IEEE national and international radar conferences, will be held in Philadelphia, PA from April 26 to 29, 2004. The theme for the conference is Innovative Radar Technologies - Expanding System Capabilitiesl. RadarCon04 is co-sponsored by two sub-units of the IEEE: the Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society (AESS), and the Philadelphia Section. The RadarCon04 organizing committee is continuing the highly successful Student Paper Program. This proposal requests that the National Science Foundation provide financial support for the student paper program, specifically for students from U.S. institutions travel expenses.
