英文摘要
0609288FinkelsteinThis research will impact three areas of future potential to nanoelectronics research:i) Development of self-assembling DNA superstructures based on DNA "tiles" to expand recentsuccesses for the advancement of nanoelectronics goals.ii) Chemical methods for the modification and conversion of DNA templates into activeelectronic nanostructures, which have previously been hard/impossible to construct byconventional methods.iii) Physical characterization and measurement of the electronic properties of the nanostructures.
