Grouper and Signet are tools addressing authorization support via group and privilege management. Shibboleth is a SAML based framework for inter-institutional federation of resources. The work applies these tools for virtual organization support and establishes a VO service center to drive VO deployment and support across campuses. Outreach and dissemination efforts also continue under this work. New use cases driving tool enhancements include VO-related needs in application and network monitoring.
