Comprehensive Dictionary of Sabaic

The long-term project aims to create a comprehensive dictionary (Belegwörterbuch) of Sabaic, based on a complete database of all known Sabaic inscriptions. The results of the project are available in an open-access online database which is fully searchable for Sabaic roots, words and forms. Presently the Sabaic monumental inscriptions have almost been completed and are accessible online. In the fourth and last phase of the project, the Sabaic minuscule inscriptions will be analyzed. These texts contain records from daily life and are written on wooden sticks.
