The installation of a central professional management for the research group aims towards an efficient administration and an adherence to the working plans of all subprojects. This means the observation of the earmarked funds as well as a modern project controlling. Furthermore the professional management is responsible for a regular intercommunication with the industrial advisory council in order to link the fundamental research of this group with the future requirements of industrial practice.Besides the coordinating leadership by the central management in order to guarantee the advised project goals, extensive activities will be initialized and performed for an encouragement of young academics as well as for the equalization of female and male scientists.
