Deformation behavior of multi-phase steels (C10*)

TP C10将分析中锰钢的化学成分、晶粒度和显微组织成分(奥氏体和马氏体)的形态对主动变形和应变硬化机制的影响。将特别关注两个相的相边界和相对强度。通过采用适当的热处理，奥氏体的尺寸、形态、弥散度和化学成分将根据在SFB中已经分析过的成分而系统地改变。通过这一点，将量化各自对变形和应变硬化机制的影响，目的是调整机械/技术性能。

TP C10 will analyse the effect of chemical composition, grain size and morphology of the microstructure constituents, austenite and martensite, on the active deformation and strain hardening mechanisms in medium manganese steels. A special focus will be placed on the phase boundaries and the relative strengths of both phases. By applying appropriate heat treatments the size, morphology, dispersion and chemical composition of the austenite will be systematically varied based on the compositions which were already analysed within the SFB. By this the respective effects on the deformation and strain hardening mechanisms will be quantified with the aim to tailor the mechanical / technological properties.
