项目摘要

2022年度はアリストテレス『メタフュシカ（形而上学）』ＭＮ巻の研究を、①資料論、②受容史、③本文の哲学的理解の三点にわたって、以下のとおりに進めた。①資料論：前年度に確認した課題に基づいて、リール大学でＥ写本（Parisinus graecus 1853）の調査に従事した。また、前年度に調査したＭＮ巻の本文伝承の問題について、第21回フィロロギカ研究集会で発表した。そのさい、前年度の観察に加えて、校訂史と正文批判の方法論的問題を整理し、『メタフュシカ』全巻の本文研究に対するＭＮ巻研究の貢献のあり方を確認した。②受容史：二つの古註の精読を進めたが、①で言及した留学の影響により、読み切ることはできなかった。古代註解者の議論の細部については補完的な作業が必要である。また、二つの重要な先行研究の発見があった。一つはクセノクラテスが「プラトン主義の伝統」の形成に主導的な役割を果たしたというD. Sedleyの見解である。もう一つは、Ｍ巻のイデア数批判を数学史・論理学史に位置づける動向である。J. Kleinの古典的な研究（1934-36）が提起したこの視点は、近年、フッサール哲学への応答として再評価され始めている。③本文の哲学的理解：昨年度に続いて、ＭＮ巻の接続部とＮ巻3-6章を読解した。両巻の主題の転換がどの時点で、いかに起こるのかという問題は、古代後期から現代にいたるまで論争的である。接続部を精査するかぎり、両巻全体というより、その中央部（Ｍ巻6章～Ｎ巻4章）の主題の転換が起こっていると解釈するほうが妥当である。この転換はＭ巻9章後半からＭ巻10章におけるアポリアの組み換えにより、両巻の議論内容を架橋する形で行われる。Ｎ巻3-6章ではスペウシッポスの学説の批判的検討（4-5章）を介して、探究の焦点がプラトニストの数的原理から数的なものの原因性一般へと移ってゆく。
