项目摘要

2021年度（資金繰越期間を含む）は，オンラインによる2回の全体研究会と1度の対面での全体研究会を行い，プロジェクト全体としての研究項目間の整合性を調整した．そしてこの期間（資金繰越期間を含まない）に，学術誌7編（うち査読付英文学術誌論文4編，和文学術論文1編，研究ノート2編），書籍3編（うち章担当4編），学会・シンポジウム報告13編（うち国際学会・ワークショップ4編），その他雑誌2編を研究成果として公表した．具体的な内容は，下記の通りである．第1に，先行実施した科研費補助研究18H03426の成果の到達点と課題を，本研究課題の分析視角から再整理し，本研究課題の達成に必要となる研究テーマ，分析手法，統計資料の見直しと再設定を行った．第2に，石炭火力発電所への投融資撤退及び段階的削減に関して，新設への資金供給や段階的削減が進まない要因を，主に中国とインドネシアを対象に分析を行い，その一部を学術誌で公表した．またその結果，2050年ネットゼロ排出の達成に向けた気候変動・エネルギー政策を強化した場合に発生する投資回収不能費用（座礁資産費用）に関する先行研究のレヴューを進め，学会報告を行った．第3に，石炭投融資撤退及びグリーン金融の推進及び阻害要因に関する先行研究のレヴュー，及び欧米日主要銀行のコミット及び取り組みの進捗状況調査を行い，日本の金融機関に対して実施するアンケート調査のドラフトを作成した．
