今年度は、批判的都市理論の理論史について、（本研究課題採択前に原稿を提出した）ニール・スミス『不均等発展』の「自然の生産」論を踏まえた論稿が四月に刊行された。引き続いて、理論史的展開においてフランクフルト学派側からの議論を検討するために、次の二つの研究課題に着手した。まず、フランクフルト学派第一世代の社会思想・社会哲学において、エコロジーがどのように捉えられているのか、Andrew Biro編、Critical Ecologiesの検討をおこない、書評論文執筆の準備をおこなった。次に、ニール・スミスが「自然の生産」論において参照先のひとつとしていた、フランクフルト学派第二世代の哲学者であるアルフレート・シュミットの思想（『マルクスの自然概念』）について、シュミットの意図や狙いを明確にするために、シュミットのフォイエルバッハ論、Emanzipatorische Sinnlichkeit（『解放的感性』）の読解を進めた。それぞれの研究成果については、2022年度以降の刊行を目指す。予定していた香川県豊島や直島でのフィールドワークについては、COVID-19の影響もあり、当初の研究スケジュールを見直すこととなった。代替策として、豊島の廃棄物処分地の地下水処理に関する協議会をwebから傍聴し、なるべく最新の状況の情報収集に努めた。また、産廃不法投棄問題をめぐる新聞報道について新聞記事データベースでの収集を進めた。処理協議会の議事録の検討とあわせて、豊島・廃棄物処分地の「原状回復」をめぐる構想については、ソーシャル・コンピュテーション学会第15回研究例会にて報告をおこなった。

This year's review of critical urban theory was published in April. The development of theoretical history and the discussion on the side of the school of thought are discussed in detail. The first generation of social thought and social philosophy of the school of thought, Andrew Biro, Critical Ecology, Book Review and Paper Writing The second generation of philosophers of the second generation of the school of thought ("the concept of nature ") has made progress in explaining the meaning of the theory of "nature's production" with reference to the theory of "nature's production." The research results of the company will be published in 2022. The impact of COVID-19 and the initial research on COVID-19 are discussed in detail. Instead, the agreement on groundwater treatment at the site of waste disposal in Japan will be published on the web and updated on the status of information collection efforts. The problem of illegal abandonment of property is not solved by news reports. The discussion of the proceedings of the processing agreement meeting, the "original state recovery" of the disposal site of the island, and the proposal of the 15th research meeting of the society.
