本年度は、前年度に引き続いて、ユニテリアン主義及び非国教徒アカデミーの歴史について調査し、さらにそれらをまとめる作業を継続するとともに、イギリス・ロマン派詩人・ジョン・キーツに関する資料収集を行った。具体的には、コロナ禍の影響で滞っていた英国図書館（British Library）での資料収集を行い、現地ではMLA Bibliography等の各種データベースの活用及び同図書館が保有している一次資料を閲覧することによって、主にキーツと宗教、非国教徒アカデミー、アナ・レティシア・バーボルド、コールリッジ、プリーストリやユニテリアン主義に関係する論文や書籍のコピー等を効率よく収集することができた。本年度の研究成果の主な内容は以下の通りである。研究計画調書内でも言及していたイギリス・ロマン派詩人サミュエル・テイラー・コールリッジとジョーゼフ・プリーストリのユニテリアン主義についてまとめる作業を行った。例えば、コールリッジは一時期プリーストリから大きな影響を受けたこと、またユニテリアンであったことが知られている。彼はプリーストリに捧げるソネットを執筆したこともあったほどであり、唯物論という観点からその影響について考察を行い、コールリッジとプリーストリの共通点を探った。ただ、初年度での資料収集が実施できなかった影響が大きく、資料収集及びその内容の整理に時間を費やされ、残念ながら目標としていた学術論文の投稿や学会発表は叶わなかった。しかしながら、次年度初頭に査読付学術論文の投稿を予定しており、掲載が認められることになれば、同年度中には公開される予定である。
