项目摘要

本研究の目的は、18世紀フランスの思想家ジャン＝ジャック・ルソーのテクストを分析し、政治的な諸制度が人民に及ぼす影響に関する心理的・精神的なメカニズムを解明することにある。本研究が課題とする具体的なリサーチ・クエスチョンは、以下の３点である：①ルソーが市民宗教によって解決しようとした問題は何であるか、②政治にとって弊害であるような宗教的情念はどのように克服されるか、③市民の祖国愛はどのように醸成されるか。前年度までには、①と②に着手しつつ、③を重点的に進めた。これにより、まずリサーチ・クエスチョン①および②について、ルソーは共和国およびその法体系の目標の実現を妨げるような宗教的情念、すなわち不寛容や狂信を問題としており、相互的な寛容を実現し、他者に隷従しようとする人民の傾向を克服するような制度の設計が共和国の課題であることを確認した。今年度はとくに②の課題を集中的に遂行した。具体的には、ルソーの政治思想における寛容の原理と実践についての考察、法と習俗が人民に及ぼす影響とそれを考慮した制度設計の分析である。これらの成果はいずれも論文としてまとめられ、発表済み(あるいは発表準備中)である。今年度に実施したこれらの研究は、『社会契約論』で示唆されているが十分な議論が展開されていなかった諸論点について、他のテクストとの関連を示しつつ、ルソーの包括的および独創的な議論を再構成することに寄与した。

The purpose of this research is to analyze the 18th century French thinkers and explain the psychological and spiritual aspects of political systems that affect the people and their influence. This study focuses on the following three aspects: (1) how to solve the problems of citizen religion;(2) how to overcome the feelings of religion in politics; and (3) how to achieve the love of the motherland of citizens. In the previous year, we started to work on the key issues. This is a confirmation of the problem of the design of the legal system of the Republic, which hinders the realization of the goals of the legal system of the Republic, the religious feelings, the intolerance of all kinds, the problem of infidelity, the realization of mutual tolerance, the tendency of the people to be subordinate to others, and the overcoming of the tendency of the people to be subordinate to others. This year, the focus of the project is on implementation. The concrete political thought, the principle of tolerance, the practice, the investigation, the law, the custom, the influence of the people, the analysis of the system design The results of this paper are in preparation. This year's research on "social contract theory" shows that there are many discussions on the relationship between various arguments and other issues, and that there are many discussions on the relationship between them.
