本年度は、「A Monetary Equilibrium with the Lender of Last Resort」(京都大学の渡辺教授との共同研究)の改訂を行った。理論モデルを大幅に組み直し、分析の精緻化を行い、さらに政策的に重要な結論を得た。主な政策インプリケーションは以下の５つである。1:最後の貸手機能の存在は、銀行の準備を減少させ、流動性危機の確率を高めるが、その被害を抑制することが可能となる。2:古典的な最後の貸手機能であるバジョット・ルールは、銀行のモラルハザードを引き起こさず、むしろ低金利融資が望ましい。3:銀行のモラルハザードは、中央銀行の拡張的な最後の貸手政策の存在、情報の非対称性、リスク資産の生産性によって引き起こされる。4:最後の貸手による貸出金利およびヘアカット率の操作はモラルハザードを抑制する上で有効である。5:拡張的最後の貸手政策は、経済厚生の観点から有効である。これらの結果は、既存研究では部分的にしか報告されておらず、これらの新旧の結果を報告した研究は存在していない。特に、モラルハザードの引き起こされるメカニズムを貨幣均衡で示した研究は存在せず、重要な政策的インプリケーションが得られている。来年度以降、結果を論文としてまとめ、ワーキングペーパーとして公開し、査読付国際雑誌に投稿することを予定している。

This year, the revision of "A Monetary Equilibrium with the Lens of Last Resort"(joint research by Professor Watanabe of Kyoto University) was conducted. The theory is organized in a large way, the analysis is refined, and the important conclusions of the policy are obtained The main policy is to change the following 5 things: 1. The existence of the last lending function, the reduction of bank readiness, the high probability of liquidity crisis, the suppression of damage, the possibility of damage, etc. 2: Classical final loan function, bank's final loan function, low interest loan function 3. The existence of bank policy, central bank policy, information asymmetry, and asset productivity. 4. The operation of the final loan amount and the loan rate is not limited to the maximum amount. 5: Zhang's last loan policy is against, and the welfare point is not good. The results of these studies are reported in the existing studies. In particular, the study of monetary equilibrium in the United States and other important policy areas has been carried out. In the coming year, the paper will be published and the results will be published.
