项目摘要

本研究は，関税削減・撤廃による貿易自由化だけでなく，製品基準の調和・相互承認も含む深化した地域貿易協定（RTA）に関する理論的考察を行うものである。2022年度において，研究代表者・分担者は，製品基準の調和について分析できる国際寡占の多数国モデル（Takarada et al., 2020, J Public Econ Theory; Kawabata & Takarada, 2021, South Econ J）を拡張し，製品基準の相互承認に関する理論的分析を行った。相互承認に基づく製品基準の協定を2国間で締結するケースについて，(1)国際貿易・経済厚生に与える影響（静学的分析），(2)マルチ（多国間）の相互承認に及ぼす効果（動学的分析）という観点から検討した。現在，分析結果に基づき，論文を作成している。また，研究代表者・分担者は，論文 “Greening Trade Agreements through Harmonization of Environmental Regulations” を作成し，研究分担者の寳多氏が，国際学会のInternational Symposium on Trade and Laborで報告した。この論文では，環境規制の調和を含む深化した自由貿易協定（FTA）や関税同盟（CU）を各国が締結するかどうか，そして，深化したFTAやCUがマルチの貿易自由化・環境規制の調和を促進するか，それとも阻害するかを理論的に解明している。論文は海外査読誌へ投稿され，現在，再改訂を行っている。さらに，研究代表者は，各国が産業政策を実施している場合，RTAの締結が加盟国・非加盟国の経済厚生やマルチの貿易自由化にどのような影響を与えるかを理論的に分析した。

This study examines the theory of tariff reduction, tariff elimination, trade liberalization, harmonization of product benchmarks, and deepening of regional trade agreements (RTA). In 2022, the research representative and the contributor were the product benchmarks, and the international oligopoly was the majority of the countries (Takarada et al., 2020, J Public Econ Theory; Kawabata & Takarada, 2021, South Econ J). Mutual recognition of basic product standards agreements concluded between two countries,(1) international trade, economic and social impact (static analysis),(2) mutual recognition (multinational) and results (dynamic analysis) Now, the analysis results are based on the analysis results. The paper "Greening Trade Agreements through Harmonization of Environmental Regulations" was prepared by the research representative and contributor, and the International Symposium on Trade and Labor of the International Society was presented. This paper argues that the harmonization of environmental regulations includes the deepening of free trade agreements (FTAs) and customs unions (CUs) concluded by various countries, and the theoretical explanation of deepening FTAs and CUs to promote trade liberalization and the harmonization of environmental regulations. The paper was submitted to the overseas research journal. Now, it is revised again. In addition, the research representatives will analyze the impact of RTA on the implementation of industrial policies in various countries and the theory of trade liberalization in participating countries and non-participating countries.
