项目摘要

本研究は、これまで専ら社会学や政治学の分野で扱われてきたソーシャルキャピタル理論のアイデアをコーポレート・ファイナンス理論に幅広く応用し、ソーシャルキャピタルという資本概念が企業の株主価値に影響を与えるという仮説と問題意識に基づいています。本研究の目的は、企業が行うソーシャルキャピタルへの投資とその蓄積が社会的な価値を創出し、資本市場における企業の競争優位を拡大させることによって株主価値拡大の予見性を高める、という仮説を多角的に検証することです。企業の社会的責任や投資家によるESG投資に着目するとともに、エージェンシー理論や情報の非対称性理論を論拠とした従来型の企業行動に対してまったく新しい理論を構築することによって、ソーシャルキャピタルの資本市場における競争優位を明らかにすると同時に、また、このような現代企業の投資意思決定の現実を説明するところに本研究の特徴があります。また本年度は『新解釈コーポレートファイナンス～「企業価値を拡大すべき」って本当ですか』ダイヤモンド社（2022年10月）を刊行したことは大きな実績となりました。また2022年10月からダイヤモンドオンラインにおいて「企業価値を拡大すべき」って本当ですか？をテーマにした4回連載、さらには同じくダイヤモンドオンラインにおいて2022年2月から「なぜコーポレートファイナンスを学ぶのか？」と題した5回連載の論稿を発表したことも実績となっています。

This study focuses on the social science and political science of the division of the theory of the use of the concept of capital and the impact of the concept of corporate ownership and awareness of the problem. The purpose of this study is to create a competitive advantage for enterprises in the capital market by improving the visibility of enterprises and increasing the investment and accumulation of enterprises.
