具体的内容：令和4年度の研究実績の特筆すべきことは、研究課題である「最高財務責任者（以下ＣＦＯ）の属性と経営への影響について」、データ収集作業の殆どを終えて統計分析を行い、一定の研究結果を英文の「ワーキング・ペーパー」として海外の研究者と共同で書きあげたことである。このワーキング・ペーパーを主要な内外3つ査読付き学会へ2023年3月末前に投稿、口頭発表（予定）論文として採択されている。具体的には2023年5月(日本金融学会：東京）、6月（アジア・ファイナンス学会：ベトナム）8月（欧州日本研究学会：ヘント(ベルギー）にて発表参加予定である。実績の意義：初稿としてのワーキング・ペーパーを仕上げた2年度の研究活動は、研究活動と分析内容の視点から有意義なものとなった。すなわち（１）研究推進上では、データの欠損値への対応、データ分析手法の一層の改善余地等が判明し、（２）分析内容に関しては、AIの手法（例えば決定木）など用いて分析結果を出したことである。（２）に関して暫定的ではあるが、主な分析結果としては、日本の上場企業が外国人向け広報活動を実施しているか否かが、企業にＣＦＯが居るか居ないかを決定する要因となっていた。またＣＦＯの経営成績への影響については、会計上での経営成績には影響が無い一方で、株価を用いた経営成績には正の影響を与えることが判明した。重要性：初稿を仕上げたことの重要性とは、（１）現時点での研究論文が、少なくとも学会発表に値する「量と質」の水準に至った点を確認できた。これは、ワーキング・ペーパーが内外の学会に採択されたという事実から客観的に推測される。（２）今年度前半に参加予定の学会発表での質疑応答を通じて、今後の研究の改善のヒントを得る貴重な機会へとつながる、という2点である。

Specific contents: Special notes on research results of Ling and 4 years, research topics,"Attributes of the highest financial responsible person (below CFO) and influence of management," statistical analysis of collection operations, certain research results, English,"overseas researchers, joint book," This website is mainly for internal and external review and research. The Society will submit and orally publish (predetermined) papers before the end of March 2023. Specific dates are May (Japan Financial Society: Tokyo), June (Japan Financial Society: $>), August (European Japan Research Society: ), 2023. The significance of the achievements: the first draft and the second annual research activities and the analysis of the contents of the points of view (1) Research progress, determination of a layer of room for improvement in the analysis method,(2) analysis content, AI method (e.g., decision tree), and analysis results. (2) The main analysis results of the provisional results of the analysis, the implementation of the foreign reporting activities of the Japanese companies, and the decision of the CFO of the companies. The impact of CFO's management results on accounting is not obvious. Importance: The importance of the first draft is high.(1) The research paper at the present point is high and low. The standard of "quantity and quality" is high and the point is confirmed. This is the first time I've ever seen a person who's been in a relationship with someone else. (2) In the first half of this year, we will participate in the discussion of the scheduled society, and we will have valuable opportunities for future research and improvement.
