2022年度は、解決志向／問題志向コミュニケーション尺度の信頼性と妥当性を確認するため、インターネットを使った大規模調査を行った。その結果、コーチング分野の先行研究とほぼ同様の傾向が見られ、我々が作成した尺度の収束的妥当性が確認された。また、他の解決志向に関する尺度（解決構築尺度）との弁別妥当性も確認された。この研究結果は、海外ジャーナル(Journal of Solution Focused Practice, Vol6 No.2)に掲載された。また、別のデータを用いた研究では、解決志向が心理的安全を部分媒介としてワーク・エンゲイジメントに影響するという仮説モデルが支持された（研究結果は未発表）。我が国の学生と社会人を対象とした解決志向と問題志向のコーチング比較研究では、学生、社会人とも解決志向コーチングの方が問題志向よりもネガティブ感情を減少させ、自己効力感を向上させることが見出された。先行研究はオーストラリアとヨーロッパの学生を対象しており、アジアの社会人でも解決志向コーチングの有効性が確認された初めての研究と言える（研究結果は現在海外ジャーナルに投稿中）。我が国の社会人を対象とした、解決志向コミュニケーション教育に関する介入研究も実施した。3回のセッションを通じ、参加者の解決構築に統計的に優位な向上が見られた（研究結果は未発表）。
