项目摘要

本研究は、従来の社会福祉や公共政策とは異なるソーシャル・アントレプレナーシップという新しいアプローチの創出や実行について、フィールド調査を通じて明らかにすることを目的としています。また、障害者の就労問題を学術的に解明するとともに、問題解決に役立つ実践的な示唆を導き出すことを目指しております。２年目にあたる令和４年度には、当初の計画においては国際学会の年次大会にて研究成果を発表することを予定しておりました。こうした計画に基づいて、Organization Studiesが主催するワークショップ（令和４年度５月開催）において成果を発表することができました。さらに、Academy of Management という世界を代表する国際学会の年次大会（令和４年度８月開催）にて研究成果を発表することができました。これらの海外主要学会にて研究報告を行うことにより、様々な研究者からフィードバックを得ることができ、研究成果の質を向上させることができました。その後は、国際ジャーナルへの論文出版に向けて論文投稿の準備を進めました。その際は、当該研究領域において優れた研究実績を有する代表的な研究者からも貴重な助言を頂くことができました。以上の成果を踏まえ、令和４年度においては、研究上の重要な進歩を遂げることができたと考えています。
