本研究では、地域包括支援センター職員のワーク・ライフ・バランスに焦点をあて、その実態および関連要因等を量的調査から明らかにすることを目的としている。また、調査結果に基づき、地域包括支援センター職員のワーク・ライフ・バランスの具現化に向けた方策についても検討していくことを本研究では予定している。本研究は、3年計画で進めていく予定であり、2022度は2年目の年であった。2022年度の取り組みとしては、昨年度に引き続き、先行研究の精査、および本研究における分析枠組みの検討を行った。2022年度の成果として、昨年度に引き続き、先行研究を精査し、分析枠組みを検討することで、地域包括支援センター職員のワーク・ライフ・バランスを捉えるにあたっての研究目的がより明確に整理できた点が挙げられる。しかし、当初の予定では、2022年度に地域包括支援センター職員を対象とした量的調査を実施する予定であったため、研究計画は遅れている状態にある。次年度においては、2022年度に行った分析枠組みの検討をもとに調査票を作成し、地域包括支援センター職員を対象とした量的調査を実施する予定である。その調査結果を分析することで、地域包括支援センター職員のワーク・ライフ・バランスの実態および関連要因等を明らかにし、ワーク・ライフ・バランスの具現化に向けた方策を検討していく予定である。

This study includes a survey of the focus, status, and related factors of support staff in both areas. The results of the survey are based on the geographical information, including the support of local staff, the implementation of the policy, and the determination of the results of this study.
