本研究は、住民の尊厳ある自立した生活を実現するために、地域包括ケアの推進に向けた中核的な機関である地域包括支援センターに所属する保健師活動の専門性についての要因を探ることを目指していた。これまで文献検討や現地への見学等により調査対象や方法を検討し、今年度・来年度で地域包括支援センターへのインタビューや質問紙調査を実施する予定であった。しかし研究者は、本研究の期間中に2度産休・育休を取得し、職場復帰後に研究体制を整えようとしたが、勤務・生活環境の変化により、本研究に割くべき時間や労力の捻出が非常に困難となった。本研究を開始継続をできるよう、勤務環境の調整を試みてきたが、結果及ばず本格的な開始にいたらず、１２月に退職したため、研究を廃止させていただくこととした。

This study aims to explore the key factors in the activities of health care professionals, including the promotion of self-reliance among residents and the promotion of health care in the region. This article reviews the literature, studies, etc., and discusses the research objects and methods. This year and next year, the region includes support for the research of the site and the implementation of the research. During the period of this study, the researcher obtained two degrees of maternity leave, and after the workplace resumed, the research system was adjusted, and the service and living environment were changed. It was very difficult to divide the time and strength of this study. The study was initiated in December 2011 and the results were adjusted accordingly.
