项目摘要

本研究のテーマ「多文化・多民族化社会における倫理観・法的課題解決力の育成に関するカリキュラム開発」を遂行する上で，当該年度は以下の二つのアプローチを行った。一つ目は，近代日本社会における社会進化論的思考の受容に関する歴史学的アプローチである。競争社会に生きる私たちの意識の中には，社会ダーウィニズム的思考が存在している。グローバル化により多文化・多民族化が進行する日本において，学習者の共生観・統合観の育成は，社会の維持・発展にとって必要不可欠である。近代社会成立期の日本では，社会ダーウィニズムは「優勝劣敗」の語で表象されていた。「優勝劣敗」は，排除の論理に通じており，共生観とは相容れない概念である。社会ダーウィニズム的思考の克服に向けたカリキュラムの開発は，社会科教育にとって重要な課題である。そこで，カリキュラム開発の基礎的研究として，静岡県磐田市の地域調査をもとに，明治期の報徳運動と耕地整理事業を推進した人物（老農鈴木浦八）の思想と行動の分析を通して，「優良劣敗」の観念が民衆に受容されていった過程を明らかにした。二つ目は，高等学校定時制課程に関する調査である。学校教育制度の中で，定時制課程は社会や産業構造の変化が最も反映しやすい場所である。定時制課程は，高度経済成長期に，中学校卒業者による若年労働力の供給源としての役割を担った。とくに繊維産業の盛んな地域においては，女子労働力の確保のために昼間定時制課程が創設された。しかし，繊維産業の衰退とともに，閉鎖されたり，総合学科への移行や合併が行われたりした。さらに，1990年の入管法改正以降，外国人労働者の増加に伴い，その子女の受け入れ先にもなった。本研究では，静岡県立磐田南高等学校の協力を得て，同校の定時制課程の変遷を調査し，その成果を「定時制課程のあゆみ」（『見付中磐田南高百年史』）に記した。

Women will try their best to make sure that the day time schedule is set up in the morning, as long as there is a high level of employment in the area. There is a decline in the number of students in the field of education and education, and the transfer of students in accordance with the discipline. In 1990, with the correction of the entry Law, foreigners will be allowed to join their companions, and their children will be admitted first. The purpose of this study is to win the success of the cooperation of Pantian South College, the same school's fixed-time schedule, and the achievement of the "fixed-time schedule" ("the Centennial History of the South High School of Pantian in China").
