本研究の目的は、年齢構成や力量の異なる技術科教員の地域研究組織を対象として、研究支援を通して、参加者の実践力向上に関する事例の有効性及び研究組織全体の実践力向上への波及効果を検証することである。2021年度、コロナ禍における技術科教員の実践研究の集いへの参画は比して容易ではなかった。そのため、ネットワークを介した参画が多くなったが、意見交流や議論を観察する機会を可能な限り持った。研究組織への関与とその効果についてのデータを収集中である。まだ研究の過程であるために、研究調査にもとづく知見については、研究の過程であり、影響が考えられるため研究論文として公開していない。そのため、調査対象とした４つの研究組織・集いに対して、連絡・交流を通して、研究助言を行いながら、成長を記録・整理・分析している。以下には、今後の研究に影響しない範囲で、研究支援を通しての成長事例を示す。①集いAでは、実践レポートの特徴・意義を発表者に気づかせる関与によって、自身の実践研究上の障壁と向き合うことができ、発表者自身の実践のストロングポイントが明確化することができ、自信を持って研究を発表できるようになった。②集いBは、教材・指導法の共有化にICTを活用することで身近な実践交流が活性化した事例である。③集いCは、新たな実践を作り出す意識が高い若手が参加している集いである。実践相談を通して、可能な限り研究支援を行いながら、個人及び集いの成長を記録・分析していく予定である。④集いDは、先進的な授業づくりを継続している事例である。引き続き長期的な調査を継続し、成果を他の集いへ研究内容を還元する予定である。
