项目摘要

本研究の目的は、学校教育現場における多様な課題や問題を抱える児童生徒に対する効果的な指導・対応の方法について、実際の教育現場での指導実践に役に立つ実践知を現象学的・人間学的な立場から明らかにし、それを用いた指導方法を実際の教育現場で起こり得る指導場面の事例分析を通して構築し、教育現場に寄与することにある。令和4年度は、令和3年度に明らかにされた教育現場における実践知を基盤とし、具体的な生徒指導について、心理学的・医学的知見との比較を加えながら現象学的・人間学的な立場から捉え直し、新たな指導方法を導き出すことを試みた。まず、自閉症スペクトラム（ASD）傾向のある児童生徒に対する現象学的な発生的分析の方法を用いた新たな指導方法について検討した。令和3年度の研究成果を踏まえ、ASDの児童生徒の指導においては、ASDの児童生徒が歩むことができる「道」を想起し、この「道」を構成するさまざまな「意味」の連関を現象学的な発生的分析の方法を用いてASDの児童生徒が迂回して歩むことのできる「回り道」を考案するという、指導方法構築のための手順と枠組みを具体的に提示することができた。また、不登校児童生徒の指導の方法に関する現象学的人間学的な考察をおこない、不登校の児童生徒の指導方法の枠組みとして、「児童生徒の観察」、「児童生徒との交信」、「児童生徒行動・心情の代行的な把握」、「指導計画の作成と介入時期の判断」といった指導上重要となる視点を取り出すことができた。これらの指導視点は、個々に状況の異なる不登校児童生徒の指導実践において、具体的な指導方法を構築するための重要な手がかりとなると考えられる。
