项目摘要

新型コロナウイルスの影響が続き、当初予定していた「結と家研究会」を軸にした現地調査の履行が困難な場面が多かったため、R4年度は調査対象事例を特定のエリア（長野県塩尻市奈良井宿）に絞り、実施した。当該地は、重要伝統的建造物群保存地区（以下、重伝建地区）の最初期の選定で著名であるが、近年、少子高齢化や空き家の増加等の地域課題が顕著である。そこで、重伝建地区に暮らす住民の参入者に対する意識構造に着目して、空き家問題を契機としたコミュニティの社会的ジレンマの実態を明らかにし、将来にわたる持続的な町並みの共同管理に関する示唆を得ることを目的とした論文を完成させた（現在査読中）。これは、江戸時代の暮らしを現世に伝える「町並み」が観光資源でありつつも暮らしの器でもあるという共存性（社会的ジレンマ）を扱ったものであり、「町並み」をアクターとして捉え、住民のソーシャルキャピタルとの関係で分析している。調査は、空き家の実態調査（実に重伝建地区内の空き家のうち半数近くが保存建物であった）、空き家の近隣居住者へのインタビュー調査（20組）、全住民アンケート調査（有効回収率83%）といった具合に、特定のエリアに絞り現地のステークホルダーとの協力体制により充実した調査を実施することができた。

The impact of the new type of survey was initially determined by the "Joint Research Association" and the implementation of the on-site survey was difficult.
