本研究では、経済学的視点から農地流動化を促進する農地媒介組織のあり方としてどのようなあり方が合理的なのかという問いを立て、研究を進めている。当初の研究実施計画において、2年目となる2022年度は、中国の農地媒介組織である農村産権交易所と日本の農地中間管理機構を訪問の上、聞き取り調査を行うこと、その調査結果と1年目の研究成果に基づいて、日中の農地媒介組織の比較研究を行うことを課題としていた。以上の目的（研究上の問い）および実施計画に照らし、2022年度の研究成果として挙げられるのは、日中の農地媒介組織の比較研究を実施したことである。比較研究は、1年目の研究成果である若林・王（2021）と日本の農地中間管理機構に関する文献を参照するとともに、2022年に実施した日本国内での農地中間管理機構への聞き取り調査の結果を踏まえながら行った。これにより、当初、本研究で想定していた最低限の研究成果を出すことができた。一方、2021年度および2022年度に計画していた中国での現地調査は、主としてCovid-19の影響により実現しなかった。そのため、2022年度に実施した上記比較研究も、中国に実態を十分に踏まえることができなかったという問題が生じている。また、2022年8月に中国の研究者が行う予定だった農民への標本調査に、農村産権交易所の利用状況等に関する質問項目を組入れていただく手配を進めたが、中国の研究者の中国国内移動が制限されたため、調査は延期された。その他、不十分ながら2021年度から継続して行っている中国の複数の研究者とのオンラインでの意見交換では、農村産権交易所に関する政策動向等を一定程度知ることができた。それでもなお、現地調査による情報収集が本研究の基礎であることから、研究の進捗が想定よりかなり遅れていると認識している。

The purpose of this study is to promote the organization of rural media in rural areas in order to promote the development of rural media organizations in rural areas.
