自閉スペクトラム症児に対して早期からの介入のエビデンスが集積されつつあるが、それぞれの専門機関で実施された、集中的で、比較的短期の介入による、また一般の保育を対照とした研究がほとんどである。実際、利用する児童の側からすると、どういったニーズに各介入が有効なのか／そうでないのかは明確でない中、選択を余儀なくされている。本研究においては、全国の、療育実践の場である児童福祉通所事業所を利用開始となった自閉スペクトラム症児に対して前向きにフォローして、それぞれの介入方法を比較し、障害特性に対する介入効果を検証して、どういったニーズにどのようなプログラムが有効かを中期的に検証する。コロナ禍ということもあって、研究者らが直接被験者あって障害特性や介入効果を評価することが困難であり、オンラインであったり、質問紙であったり、あるいは日常的に会っている人を介して評価する方法が求めたれる。前年度は主にその評価方法を確認するためパイロットグループに対して、評価方法を実施するための検証を行なった。本年度は、前年度に確認した評定方法をもとに、介入群に対して、オンラインや質問紙での介入効果の検証を12ヶ月間行ってきた。また養育者を介した介入に関してもその基本となるプログラムを作成した。次年度はこれから有用であろうと判断された介入方法を実施し、その効果を引き続き検証していく。
