项目摘要

本研究は、「薬物依存症をもつ人と看護職者に、薬物依存症の回復や回復支援に関連するライフストーリー・インタビューを行い、ストーリーに包含される価値観やその変容の様相を描き出し、回復や回復支援に及ぼす価値観の影響について考察し、回復支援への示唆を得る」ことを目的としている。2022年度においては、次の内容について実施する予定であった。①2019年度に行った「本研究の主要となる概念についての包括的な文献レビューの分析結果」の一部についての発表、②2019年度に行う予定であった本研究課題に関連のある場でのフィールドワークの実施、③具体的な研究計画の立案と所属先の研究倫理委員会による承認、④インタビュー調査の実施上記の進行状況は、次の通りである。①第43回日本看護科学学会学術集会にて、アディクション看護における価値観についてA. H. マスローの理論に焦点をあて発表した。第26回 East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars にて、アディクションにおける恥についての文献検討の結果を発表した。これらのテーマ以外についても文献検討を行っており、発表準備中である。②昨年同様、新型コロナウイルス禍において対象施設や対象者への感染予防対策を考慮し、アクセスや訪問を自粛したため、フィールドワークの実施には至っていない。③研究計画については、所属先の研究倫理倫理審査の承認を得た。④調査の開始には、至っていない。
