本研究の目的は、「アディクション問題にかかわる看護職者支援モデル（以下、支援モデル）に基づく「アディクション問題にかかわる看護職者支援プログラム（以下、支援プログラム）」を作成し、プログラム実施内容の質的検討及び修了後のインタビュー調査結果をもとに、プログラムの効果について分析・解釈を行い、「アディクション問題にかかわる看護職者支援プログラム」を開発することである。2021年度までに、プログラムの実施および効果についての分析を終了し、2022年度は、「支援プログラム」の公開を予定し、次のことを実施した。(1) 日本精神保健看護学会第32回学術集会「ワークショップ」で、支援プログラムを実施し公開した。本プログラムにおいては、対面での実施が望ましいが、新型コロナ感染症の影響で、遠隔での実施となった。(2) 支援プログラムの作成に至るこれまでの支援モデル等の研究成果や、支援プログラムの具体的な事例としてゲストスピーカーの講演内容も含めた冊子体（報告書）の作成を行っている。2023年度に公開予定。
