项目摘要

本研究は、withコロナ社会おける心血管疾患患者の疾患管理行動の実態把握とそれに基づいた新たな看護支援ツールの開発を目的とする。コロナ感染症拡大後の社会生活やそのシステムが激変した中で、研究Ⅰはwithコロナ社会における心血管疾患患者の疾患管理行動と社会・心理的因子の現状を明らかにすることを目的に国内外の最新の知見のレビューを行う計画であり、2021年度に2022年度は国内外の文献検討を行い、国際学会にて2件のポスターでの公表を行った。COVID-19感染症拡大後の文献を対象に、循環器疾患患者の2次予防としての循環器看護介入の動向についての動向を検討し、withコロナ社会における看護介入のタイプと手段の概況を明らかにした。もう1件は看護介入の理論的枠組みについての概観をまとめた。対象の疾患管理行動の理論的輪組として多く用いられた理論は、Self-efficacy theoryで、それはwithコロナ社会に特化したものではなかった。研究Ⅱでは、心血管疾患患者に対する面談調査により、現在実施している疾患管理の現状や再構築の困難さを聞き取り、コロナ感染症拡大後に生じた生活者としての患者の疾患管理における実践課題を明らかにすることである。研究2年目は、研究Ⅰの成果を基にインタビューガイドの精錬および、インタビュー形式の検討を進め、データ収集の方法を再検討した。研究Ⅱのデータ収集方法をwithコロナ社会の即した方法に検討したことから、データ収集の開始が遅れている状況にある。しかしより対象の現状に即した方法で研究Ⅱを進めていく事が可能な状況になったと考えられる。
