【助産師向け夫婦支援研修会の実施と評価】令和4年度は、病産院・助産所に勤務する助産師に夫婦の関係性支援セミナーを行い、その効果を検討した。1）調査方法：助産師を対象に研修会を開催し、研修会前後にWebアンケート調査を行った。研修会のプログラムは、e-learningと集合研修とした。e-learning「妊娠中から知っておきたい、夫婦の関係性、産後の心と体の健康を高めるプログラム」は、5つのセッション動画(50分)で構成され、視聴後確認テストを実施した。集合研修(90分）は、オンライン集合研修（オンデマンド配信）を開催し、コロナ禍における夫婦への助産支援の課題を受講者・研究者間で意見交換した。2）結果：研修会の参加者は43名、研修前調査の回答は43名、研修後調査の回答は28名であった。(1)受講者の年齢は平均41.3±9.2歳、助産師経験は平均15.4±9.0歳、勤務施設は病院31名(72.1％)、診療所7名(16.3％)、助産所5名(11.5％)であった。(2)夫婦の関係性支援の理解と認識(9項目)：研修前に3.5以上の高得点の項目は「妊産婦の心身の健康を理解した夫の関わりを促す支援をしたい」等であり、研修前に3.0以下の項目は「夫婦への具体的な関わり方をよく理解している」等であった。9項目のほとんどが研修前よりも研修後に得点が上昇した。（3）e-learning視聴後の確認テストの結果、大部分が9割以上の正答率であった。(4)「集合研修後の参加の気づき」：受講者の6割がプログラムを病産院に取り入れたいと回答し、その主な理由は「妊娠中から出産・産後の生活を理解できる、夫婦のコミュニケーションを深める方法が理解できる、夫婦関係を考える機会となる」であった。受講者の気づきとして、夫婦への支援の実践は難しいがその必要性を再認識し、夫婦への支援を充実させたいという意見が得られた。
