本年度は前年度の質問紙調査の結果を分析し、妊娠期における夫のサポート尺度を作成、妊娠各期の妊婦の主観による夫のサポートの特徴を明らかにした。対象は、妊婦健診に来院した妊婦(初産婦)450名で有効回答数323名(71.8%)。妊娠週数の内訳は、初期59名(平均14週)、中期130名(平均23週)、末期134名(平均32週)。調査内容は、自己作成した妊娠期に満足であると感じた夫の言動や態度41項目及び属性に関する項目である。評価は5段階評定で、得点が高いほど夫のサポートに満足していることを示す。因子分析(主因子法、オブリミン回転)を行い、その後、各因子の合計得点を尺度得点とし平均値を妊娠各期で比較した。その結果、因子負荷量.4以上の条件によって20項目が精選され、3因子が抽出された。累積寄与率は52.0%。第I因子は、妊娠に伴う心身の不安定な状況に対して夫が気づかう内容9項目から構成され「情動への気づかい」と命名された。第II因子は、夫からの家事労働の援助に関する内容2項目から構成され「家事労働の援助」と命名された。第III因子は、子どもを迎えるための夫婦の話し合いに関する内容9項目でから構成され「夫婦共に行う子どもを迎えるための準備」と命名された。各因子のCronbach'sのα係数は.83〜.86の範囲となり、信頼性は確認された。また下位尺度のIT相関は.4以上であり、内的整合性も確認された。下位尺度間の相関は.03〜.59であった。第I、第II因子は、各期の得点に有意差はなく、妊娠全期において高得点であった。第III因子は、初期に比べて中期と後期が有意に高い結果であった(F[2,320]=4.042,p<.018)。以上のことから、妊婦にとって妊娠各期を通して「情動への気づかい」と「家事労働の援助」が高い満足であり、中期以降には「夫婦共に行う子どもを迎えるための準備」が高い満足であることが明らかとなった。妊娠各期に応じた妊婦が満足であると感じたサポートを夫から受けることにより、心身共に安定した妊娠期を過ごすことができると考えられる。
