本研究の目的は、管理経験のある自治体保健師のキャリア・アンカーの特徴、地域看護職の創造性・挑戦指向への関連要因、自治体保健師の創造性と挑戦指向の萌出・発達の好機を明らかにすることである。令和4年度は、地域看護職のキャリア・アンカーの特徴を明らかにすることを目的とする質問紙調査（対象：看護職経験20年以上の自治体保健師と病院看護師）の回収を終えた。65.5%の回収率であり、解析対象のうち職種別に管理経験のある者の割合は、保健師（42.6%）の方が看護師（23.8%）より有意に高かった。Career Anchors Self-Assessment／日本語版「キャリア・アンカーズ セルフ・アセスメント」（8カテゴリ40項目4段階評定）の回答結果について解析を始めたところ、自治体保健師と病院看護師にはカテゴリ別得点の分布、特に「奉仕・社会貢献（Service/Dedication to a cause）」、「純粋な挑戦（Pure challenge）」、「保障・安定（Security stability）」に違いがみられた。今後も解析を進めていく。また、自治体保健師を対象に「起業家的創造性」と「純粋な挑戦」の萌出・発達の好機を探るため、これら2カテゴリが高値であった地域看護職を面接調査の対象として抽出した。個別に協力依頼を行い、面接調査を始めたところである。今後、面接人数を増やし、対象の語りについて帰納的に分析を進める計画である。
