本研究は、大学生の食生活リテラシー向上に向けた、ソーシャルメディア活用型のオンライン学習プログラムを開発し、その効果と課題を検討することである。2022年度は、本調査のプレ調査として、少人数の大学生を対象とし、スマートフォンアプリ上のソーシャルメディアを媒体とした食生活リテラシー学習プログラムを実施するとともに、その前後でオンライン調査を実施することで、学習プログラムの効果と課題について検討した。オンラインアンケート調査の量的分析を経て、本研究で開発したプログラムが大学生の食生活リテラシー改善に一定の学習効果がある可能性が示唆された。同時に、学習プログラム参加について対象者にオンライングループインタビューを行うことで、学習プログラムの要素別に見た具体的な学習内容やグループ学習の成果と課題について明らかにすることができた。これらの結果をもとに、学習プログラムの日程や内容、構成を修正し、さらにそのプログラムについて各分野の専門家（ヘルスリテラシー学習プログラム開発者、食生活リテラシー尺度開発者、大学生の健康に関わる部署で勤務する保健師・栄養士等）から意見を聴取した。また、学習プログラムの成果をより明確にするために、調査項目の精選を行った。上記の経過を経て修正した学習プログラムとオンライン調査について、今後数十名の大学生を参加対象として展開することを計画している。その実施に向けて、2月に所属機関において研究倫理審査申請を行い、研究準備を進めている。
