本研究の目的は、メンタルヘルスの職場復帰支援における産業看護職と人事労務担当者との連携に影響する因子を明らかにすることである。本研究により、メンタルヘルス不調者に対する適切な職場復帰支援の提供、不調者の早期回復や円滑な復帰の手続きが可能になり、労働者の安心感の醸成、職場定着率の向上に資する。2022年度は、メンタルヘルスの職場復帰支援に関する文献、多職種間連携に関する文献検討を行った。その結果から、連携に影響する要因として個人的要因、組織的要因等が挙げられた。それらを踏まえ、調査項目を検討し調査票の作成を行った。2023年１月には、実施に向け研究代表者の所属機関の倫理審査委員会へ申請を行い、２月に承認を得た。現在は調査の実施に向けて準備を進めている。2023年度は、本研究の調査の実施、データ収集・分析を行っていく予定である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the factors affecting the workplace rehabilitation support of industrial nursing personnel. This study aims to provide appropriate workplace rehabilitation support for those with disabilities, early recovery for those with disabilities, and manual rehabilitation for those with disabilities. In 2022, we conducted a literature review on workplace recovery support and multi-occupational connectivity. The main causes of the consequences and the effects of the association are the main causes of individuals and organizations. The investigation item is examined and the investigation ticket is prepared. In January 2023, the application to the Ethics Review Committee of the authority to which the study representative belongs was implemented, and the approval was obtained in February. The investigation is now being carried out and preparations are being made. In 2023, the implementation, collection and analysis of this study will be scheduled.
