本研究は、住民の介護観や子育観、自助力・互助力を生かした地域づくりのあり方を追究するために、住民同士のつながりが強い地域において、人々の介護観・障害者観・子育て観の現状，要支援者等を地域で支える住民の自助力・互助力の現状を把握するとともに、現在地域づくりに携わっている専門職等の実践状況および考えを把握し、地域の人々の自助力・互助力、ソーシャルキャピタルを高齢者や障害者支援、子育て支援に活かすための方法を検討することを目的としている。今年度は、２つの調査を計画し、準備を進めた。調査１は、地域づくり活動に携わる職員等を対象とした地域づくり実践活動の現状把握のための半構造的面接調査、調査２は、地域住民を対象とした介護観・障害者観・子育て観、自助力・互助力の現状把握のための半構造的面接調査である。倫理審査を受審し、承認後、対象地域として２か所の自治体へ依頼・説明し、研究協力を得ることができた。しかし、感染症拡大のため面接調査は実施できていない。面接調査の準備として、インタビュー内容を研究者間で検討し、インタビューガイドを作成した。2つの異なる地域で調査を行うが、統一したインタビューガイドでデータ収集を行う。インタビューガイド作成および分析方法の検討のため、研究者らがこれまでに行ってきた研究についても振り返り、成果をルーラルナーシング学会で報告した。人々の思いや考えを把握していくことの重要性を改めて感じ、いかにして思いや考えを捉えていくか、さらに、この思い・考えに即した地域共生社会づくりを地域の人々とともに行うかが課題であり、我々が取り組んでいる研究課題の重要性を、分担研究者と共に確認した。
