今年度は、まず、看護学生のエンパワーメントの概念分析に取り組み、26th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholarsで発表した。看護学生のエンパワーメントについての属性、先行要件、帰結に関する記述を抽出し、類似性と相違性を検討しながらカテゴリ化を行った。その結果、看護学生のエンパワーメントの先行要件として個人および環境要因が影響し、その属性や帰結が複雑で多様なものとなっていた。看護学生は実践への参加を通して、相互依存的な目標設定から個人の責任を引き受ける際に、協力や尊重に基づく人間関係やコミュニケーションにより、目標達成に用いられる手段を活用することで、批判的・省察的思考の獲得や自己効力感の向上につながることが示唆された。次に、本研究と並行して、2019～2020年度日本赤十字看護大学奨励研究費助成を受けた研究について第42回日本看護科学学会学術集会での発表および日本看護科学会誌に投稿した。臨床実習指導者からみた看護学生のエンパワーメントの促進要因として、【臨床学習環境における一体感の醸成】、【周囲の人たちの働き方を体感できる学習機会】、【挑戦から学べる看護実践への継続的参加】などの7カテゴリが抽出された。阻害要因として、【負担を感じる職場環境】、【不十分な時間】、【実習目標の不一致】が明らかになった。さらに、臨地実習における看護学生のエンパワーメントの促進に向けて活用可能な信頼性・妥当性を備えた尺度を開発することを目指し、看護学生への追加のインタビュー調査を実施した。なお、看護学生のインタビューデータが不足しているため、現在も調査を継続している。加えて、専門家会議による尺度項目の表面妥当性と内容妥当性の検討についても実施する予定であったが、看護学生へのインタビュー調査を補った上で、尺度項目の表面妥当性と内容妥当性の検討を行う予定である。

This year, the 26th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars was launched. The attributes, antecedents, relationships, descriptions, similarities, and contradictions of nursing students are discussed. The results, nursing students, and the environment are important factors that affect the quality of life. Care students participate in communication, interdependence, goal setting, personal responsibility, acceptance, cooperation, respect, relationships, goal achievement, use of means, critical reflection, self-awareness, and upward mobility. This study was conducted in parallel with the 2019 - 2020 Japan Red Cross Nursing University's Research Fund, which was submitted to the 42nd Academic Conference of the Japanese Nursing Science Association. Clinical practice instructors include 7 key factors for the promotion of nursing students, including the development of a clinical learning environment, learning opportunities, and participation in nursing practice. Obstacles are due to factors such as burden, workplace environment, time, and inconsistency. In addition, we will conduct research on how to improve the quality of nursing students and how to improve the quality of nursing students. In the past few years, the number of students in the hospital has increased. The evaluation of the surface appropriateness and the content appropriateness of the scale item in the family meeting shall be carried out in a predetermined manner.
