本研究の目的は、通院治療を継続し在宅療養を行うがん患者、およびがん看護に携わる看護師のこれまでの災害への備えと対応の現状を明らかにし、災害時における通院治療を行うがん患者に必要な備えと、がん看護における災害時の支援体制の構築について示唆を得ることである。通院治療を行うがん患者およびがん看護に携わる看護師の両者の視点から明らかにすることで、多面的な分析に繋がる。今年度は、第1段階の文献検討および調査内容の洗練化を行い、データ収集を実施する予定としていたが、研究に関する情報収集と文献検討および調査内容の検討の継続のみとなり、データ収集ができていない状況である。今後、第2段階のがん患者を対象とした面接調査および質問紙調査を実施し、次年度にがん看護に携わる専門看護師・認定看護師への調査を実施していく。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the status quo of disaster preparedness and support system for in-home care. Hospital treatment is a multi-faceted analysis of the patient's perspective and the caregiver's perspective. This year, the first level of literature review and research content purification, data collection implementation, research related information collection, literature review and research content review, data collection and research status. In the future, the second phase of the patient survey will be carried out in person, and the questionnaire survey will be carried out in the next year.
