今年度は妊娠糖尿病既往の女性へのインタビュー調査を実施し、受診行動促進のためのプログラム案を作成をする予定であったが、新型コロナ感染拡大のため研究参加者のリクルートができなかった。データ数は少ないが現時点のデータを途中経過として、令和5年度の日本看護科学学会学術集会にて発表予定である。今年度はデータを増やしプログラムの試案を作成する予定である。【目的】GDM既往女性の受診行動を促進する要因を質的に明らかにすることである。【方法】調査対象者は、A市の乳児健診を受診した母親のうちGDM既往があり調査協力に同意したもの。調査方法は半構造的面接、質的記述的に分析した。【結果】研究参加者は2名。B氏は30代で、第2子妊娠中にGDMと診断され、産科で糖尿病の管理が行われていた。C氏は40代で、第2子の妊娠中にGDMと診断され内科での管理が行われていた。GDMの診断時は“まさか自分がなるとは思っていなかった”であり療養管理に関してB氏は、「散歩をしたり炭水化物を減らしたりした、1日4，5回の自己血糖測定をする」と行動変容がみられ、“血糖測定を続けることで目安がわかるようになる”と認識していた。一方C氏は仕事を継続していたため“実現困難な食事方法”と認識していた。また「検査結果が産科からすぐに内科に伝わらず1か月後に知る」ことや、「2つの病院を通院しなければならない」ことから、“糖尿病の治療の遅れに焦る気持ち”がみられた。共通するテーマは「子どもの健康が不安」「将来の糖尿病への移行が不安」があった。両者とも「産後血糖が正常になったので受診していない」と述べた。“日常の受診困難”として“子どもの預け先に困る”があげられ、「子どもの預け先を探すより自分の受診を諦める」状況であった。受診を促進するものとして「託児があれば受診できる」「リマインダーがあれば受診のきっかけになる」があげられた。

The investigation method is based on the analysis of the interface and qualitative description of the semi-structure. [Results] There were 2 participants in the study. The diagnosis of GDM and management of obstetric diabetes mellitus in the 30th generation and 2nd generation of B. The diagnosis and management of GDM in the 40th generation and the 2nd generation of pregnancy are discussed. The diagnosis of GDM is related to the management of recuperation, the measurement of blood glucose is related to the measurement of blood glucose in 4 or 5 times on the first day. A party C's official affairs,"to achieve difficulties, food methods" to understand "Obstetrics and Gynecology","2 Hospital General Hospital","Diabetes Treatment","Internal Medicine", and "Diabetes Treatment". "The future of diabetes" "Postpartum blood sugar is normal." "Daily diagnosis difficulties" and "child's pre-diagnosis difficulties" and "child's pre-diagnosis problems" status.
